There are 2 big football teams in Medell\u00edn: Atletico Nacional<\/strong> (AN) and Independiente Medell\u00edn <\/strong>(DIM). Both play in the first Colombian division<\/strong> and both are quite successful nationally and internationally. Atletico Nacional<\/strong>, with 16 Colombian League Titles and 2 copas libertadores, is the most successful team in Colombia<\/strong>.
