This place is a simple low profile ground floor apartment for 1 or 2. It has the facilities you need to visit a new place and feel secure and tranquil. It is as far as walking to the buses terminal "Del Sur", the Poblado metro station. As it is residential, the neighbours are very nice and there are plenty of fruit stores, groseries stores, cafés, barbershop, bakeries, pharmacies and also there is a shopping center around the corner with delicious food, Cinema and good shops. It isn't 5 stars.

ALL IS NEAR. For example it is 30 minutes walking to the heart of EL Poblado, 7 minutes walking to the terminal of buses and 15-20 minutes to the Poblado metro station. Near the apartment there is a beautiful park and a nice outlet shopping centre with a cinema, a food court, cafés and clothing. * The person who reserve must be the person who use the space. * We don't have check in on weekends, nor after 5pm.

• No parties or events (after 10pm music, TV or loud talking is not allowed due to the silence policy of the neighborhood and the building). • Cabinets are for authorized personnel only. It is not allowed to take anything from the building or another to take it to yours (including soaps, sheets, protectors, towels, etc.) • You must keep all the elements under your responsibility inside the apartment until the end of your reservation (including keys, cards, sheets and towels). In case of not receiving them inside the apartment at the time of check out, they will be taken as lost items at your expense. • Only registered guests are allowed. • Visitors must register for supervision and need approval. Only adults allowed. Fees may apply. • Surveillance cameras will record 24/7 at the entrance, exit and common areas of the building for your safety and that of others. • Please wash your dirty dishes and collect and dispose of the garbage that you generated before checking out or you will have to pay the extra cleaning cost. • Garbage must be properly packed in garbage bags and left in the back of the parking lot in the garbage area. • Do not use the property for any illegal activity. • No Smoking. This could lead to fines and expulsion from the apartment. • Please take a video or take photos at the time of your entry and exit of the reservation to have evidence in case of any resolution for any damage to the property or the elements of the apartment.
