You are just a short cab ride, Uber, or metro away from Poblado (Parque Lleras, Santa Fe, Rio Sur), while having the tranquility and productivity of a much more calm atmosphere. Laureles has everything you need including straight roads / sidewalks (perfect for biking, running and walking unlike the hills in other areas). The views from our Penthouse cannot be beat. Sip coffee or have a late night cocktail while viewing the lights surrounding the Andes Mountains.

Quiet Hours, no loud talking, music or pool table:
Sunday to Thursday: 11pm to 8 am
Friday & Saturday: Quiet starts 1am (Sat) to 9 am weekends
No parties or events. Do not leave visitors unaccompanied in the apartment nor give them penthouse keys.
Keep both kitchen sinks empty & clean for other guests’ ease of use
You can have visitors but they should be in the penthouse by 2200 Hrs (bldg Admin rules so it’s between you and the doorman) can stay overnight or depart anytime. Keep any tips to doormen from zero to suggest 5 or 10 Mil max or they expect it from other guests, just more frequently if you need to win their favor.
