Las 2 habitaciones comparten el baño completo, es una casa tranquila y apta para estudiantes.. Busco personas tranquilas que se dediquen a estudiar. En esta VICO es importante el respeto por los demás para garantizar un ambiente tranquilo.

    La casa se encuentra ubicada cerca al primer parque de laureles (donde hay servicio de EnCicla) , muy cerca (10 minutos) a la  Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana   a la zona de restaurantes de la avenida Jardín. También está Cerca a la calle San Juan donde se consigue variedad de transporte publico y cerca a la carrera 70, la estación más cercana del metro es Estadio que se encuentra aproximadamente a 15 minutos caminando o a media cuadra del transporte integrado que te lleva a dicha estación.

    Gabriel es muy amable y siempre disponible para resolver inquietudes. Excepto el ruido de la calle que se escucha bastante en la habitación (lo que es habitual en Medellín), no tengo nada que decir. Recomiendo este Vico 100% ;)

    Gabriel es muy amable y responde muy rapido. El lugar es un buen ubicacaion y si tu estas viajando o quieres mudar con tu amigo enotnces eso es perfecto con dos personas. Porque tu puedes total aparmento solo. Soy un durmiente sensible. No te recommiendo que durminete sensible tome la habitacion cerca de la calle. s

    The owner was amazing and very hospitable. Here's a few key notes in regards to my room and experience. I had the room with the window facing into the middle of the buildings, every now and then the during the week day the neighbors can be loud. The bed is really firm which for me personally isn't a preference. Not sure if it would bother anyone but I did see a roach scurry about where the cookware was but I always wash them before using anyway. The internet was good I was able to be in zoom meetings without any issues. Hopefully this helps future travelers.
