About the VICO
Description
La Guacamaya is a boutique, three-bedroom share house. With its mix of traditional materials rescued from colonial homes, and contemporary open-plan design, la Guacamaya combines generous shared living spaces with private bedrooms, each with its own work space and private bathroom. The name La Guacamaya comes from the vivid colours of our three enormous colonial bay-windows , which share their colours with this iconic Colombian parrot. It has broadband internet, gas hot water, a complete chef's kitchen with big work areas and dishwasher, weekly cleaning, Smart TV, and bbq, outdoor dining and exercise area on the enormous roof terrace with views over the mountains and Medellin CBD. It has been a project of love, and it's a pleasure to finally share it.
