VICO Room with private bathroom in 240m2 house. 1

Come live on the third floor in a quiet 240m2 house. The house has two large living rooms, a large kitchen, a balcony and a terrace. The room has a desk, closet and private bathroom. We are 3 blocks from the Floresta station and two blocks from the Parque de la Floresta. In the house we live quietly, sometimes we cook together. We respect each other's privacy and always leave the kitchen in good condition after cooking. A lady comes to clean the whole house one day per week.
