    Each house can be a VICO. The VICO concept is made up of 3 components. Each house or apartment is fully furnished, the minimum stay is 1 month and utilities are included in the rental price. There are VICOs shared with roomies, VICOs that are studio apartments or complete apartments.
    You will need to complete your personal data and upload documents like a government ID and a proof of occupation (student, work, etc).
    All VICOs and their owners have been verified by our team. You also have the VICO Guarantee: Upon arrival you have 24 hours to check that everything is in the same conditions as communicated in the listing. Otherwise you have the right to a 100% refund of your deposit.
